「Staff was very very helpful during our layover being that plane was extremely delayed from ATL storms they were extremely helpful thanks again was able to check in early we.need places like this now outside carpet and carpet in Rooms need to be clean that would be a game changer for the ratings」

「The employees were extremely nice but the hallway reeked of marijuana constantly, the room was so dirty with holes in the bedding and I was pretty upset when my slippers had black all over them because of the dirt and I had a few bugs in the bathroom!! Will not stay again but I guess I got what I paid for.」

「Spa and swimming pool were closed for repair. It's really a decent price was really a great location needs better housekeeping such as cleaner (stained)towels. .very friendly helpful staff. Definitely would stay there again, but I would take my own towels.Yeah aloha」

「This hotel is just "fine". Our air conditioner did not work well at all and TV is small. Room was otherwise comfortable. This was a room we switched to because the first room did not have some working lights. My parents stayed in a room a couple fo doors down and their air conditioner worked but was extremely loud- I don't know how you could sleep with it going it was that loud. Pool water was dirty and cold but there were always towels available. Breakfast was well done and lasted until...

「They charged my credit card twice for one nights stay. They immediately refunded it when I found the error, but always check your statement. This was more than just a hold. It went through as two separate charges.」

「I prepaid for this room; upon checkin they asked for a card; and without telling me hit the card for $100 in case I smoked in the room; I'm a non smoker. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet and around the sinks and hot tub - apparently that money they took from me was to fix problems created by others. Never again will I allow that. Also, the hotel was under construction and it was very dangerous around the property.」

「You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave.」
