The room was very spacious. Our room had a living space area with sofa and coffee table. The kitchenette had a microwave, kettle, induction stove, and fridge. Tableware, pots/pans, utensils and dish soap + sponge were included. The bathroom also had a washer. We liked that the sink, toilet, and bathing area were all separated.

8/10 Very Good! (82 reviews)
We stayed here as a family, and overall it was a good experience with a few things to note. The room itself was very spacious definitely a big plus for families. There was plenty of sleeping space, which made everyone comfortable, though I do think the pillows could be improved for a better night’s sleep. I also wish there had been a larger table and more seating to better accommodate a family. Cleanliness was okay, but could use some improvement. I’m a bit particular when it comes to cleaning, and I did feel the need to wipe down surfaces myself with disinfectant wipes. That said, the staff truly stood out they were amazing. Check-in was smooth, and anytime we needed something, they were quick, helpful, and very accommodating. Hands down one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel itself is family-friendly in terms of room space and layout. However, the surrounding area may not feel as family-oriented. There are quite a few clubs nearby, and it gives off a bit of a red-light district vibe at night. If that doesn’t bother you, the location is actually very convenient right in the heart of downtown with plenty to do and see. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the space and incredible staff, with a few areas that could be improved.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,064 reviews)
The moment I entered the hotel, I noticed that it was very clean, the temperature was comfortably set and had a pleasant smell that whispered luxury. We were greeted with a smile by the hotel staff. The check-in process was quick. Our room was clean, well maintained and stocked with all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, clean and conducive to a good night’s sleep. The head board had the controls for all of the lights in the room as well as a night light so navigating in the room during the night for a trip to the bathroom made it safe. The air conditioning was climate controlled so it wasn’t as cool as we typically like but still comfortable. Had good water pressure. Very quiet on our floor. Location of the hotel was very convenient with easy access to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices to suit any palate. Check out was just as quick. Hotel staff was helpful with calling a taxi upon request. The price of the stay was very reasonable. Highly recommend this place others.
