"What an incredible place! We booked a suite for 2. It was modern (eg. 6 USB ports), very well equipped, and all the appliances and cupboards seemed new. It was very quiet and clean. The AC worked great. It was surprisingly spacious and uncluttered, considering all the amenities and appliances that were included. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Right on the ocean with lots of lounges/beanbags/chairs. Best of all were the staff - super friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles and “bula” whenever paths crossed. They phoned our room every day to ensure we had everything we needed. If you had a problem or needed something they responded immediately. They often went way beyond our expectations, eg. I asked whether they had a sports bar to watch the Super Bowl and they said “no” but we’ll phone around and see who does. I highly recommend this place, even if you don’t need all the appliances provided. We hope to return to Fiji one day and won’t even consider staying anywhere else."

"All staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned daily, buffet breakfast had a great selection, resort grounds and pool areas were clean, perfect location for Denarau golf, Bula bus is the most popular way to travel back and forth between the port and Denarau resorts ($35 ticket for 5days), we had stores at our resort selling beachwear, jewellery to cultural carvings, beautiful dresses and so much more, loved the perfect views of every sunset on the beach, amazing singing by the entertainers each night, great place for our family of six (age 10 to 48), highly recommend, we will definitely go back again."

"The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained with great views of the mountains and the sleeping giant. The hotel is close to the city center and only 10 minutes or so from the airport. However, be careful with the so-called official taxi-drivers. They refuse anyone with credit cards and will try to rob you blind if you ask to use foreign currency, quoting a rate at least twice as much as normal. The good news is that I found out there are Uber operators that quote a fair price at the going rate. The one I used, Nathan, was wonderful- friendly, helpful, and professional, like the Novotel Hotel Nadi staff. The hotel is definitely worth a stay."
