"We had a delightful visit in London this past weekend. The weather was beautiful and our accommodations made our trip even nicer. It was quiet,clean and comfortable. I would like to mention one staff member who was exceptional.Her name was Roxanne and I believe she is a manager there.She was helpful,kind and went out of her way to provide exceptional service.
