I had a really good time at the hotel/ resort they had many different pool options indoor and outdoor it also had direct accesss to the beach. Most of the food places were in walking distance from the hotel. Room was clean and big had a nice view outside my balcony I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. One thing I forgot to add they will hold your luggage before and after checkout as well!

This was no vacation destination this was a nightmare. From cockroaches to pubes to just overall filthy this place is not worth your time. The elevator was constantly breaking down making us feel unsafe. They state that they will bring you towels and toiletries but we never received you will only get housekeeping after you check out. We called the front desk multiple times asking for toilet paper stuck in our room on the toilet no one ever came. Not only that but the front desk manager laughed in my face when I came down myself again to ask. This property is advertised to be kid friend and is absolutely no place for a child. We were forced to book another place to stay and we were not even refunded for the night we didn’t stay there very disappointing what a waste.

I love they had a pool water pad area in the back for the kids ...love the live DJ karaoke in the back til 11pm...i njoyd the stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Sea crest. The checking in and out process was smooth and easy. Staff is very accomodating and friendly. We like the resort because of its indoor and outdoor pools and easy accesibility to the beach.

This place is awful. Blood stains on curtains, weed smell in hallways and carpets. Broken elevators and no access to stairs. Stay away from this hellhole.

The people that work there are very nice. The room we had was not clean enough to my standards I found hair in the shower and I had to clean out. The only good thing was we could walk on the beach and they had like 3 different pools for the family.

The stay was ok, not sure if sheets was clean so i got extra top sheets..room smell like mold...tub wasn't clean the best but, we enjoyed the balcony was by the pool and dj was AWESOME WE BROUGHT THE CROWD TO THE POOLSIDE BAR OVERALL IT WAS OK

The room was clean but there was a smell that was not pleasant when you first walk in and lingered until we got used to it- then we left and came back and could smell it again- I will definitely bring a air freshener if I ever stay here again

It was loud outside the property with loud music playing and the room next to us was having a domestic dispute. So a lot of things occurred but overall as a family we had a pretty good time.

We reserved a room that had a living room since we had an infant. Even though we had reserved a crib ahead of time and requested it upon check in (again), we still had to follow up and go down to the desk again to get one at 4:30pm. The lady at the desk called down and one was sent up. We were hoping for a late check out option but the latest check out was 12:00 but we were able to stay on property. They said they would lock our luggage in an office but we didn't have much so we kept it with us. If you are the north facing part of the property just know the music at the bar goes till about 10:00pm. We were on the 5th floor and could hear it kind of loudly in the living room area but we had a white noise machine for the bedroom so they didn't hear it much in there but know if anyone is going to sleep in the bed in the living room they will hear it. Overall enjoyed out stay. The weather didn't cooperate but the hotel had indoor pools too which helped when the weather was cooler than expected. Not much walking south of the hotel but more options for restaurants if you walk north.

Not a good and safe place for children with special needs. It’s a teenage/ young adult hangout place. The place reek the smell of cigarettes. It advertises it’s a family environment and its definitely wasn’t. They couldn’t accommodate us!

The staff at the hotel was very friendly. What i was unhappy about is the fact that my air conditioner was mounted to the wall in the corner on the floor behind the bed. Let it sink in. I almost hurt myself trying to get down there to change the air. I finally got someone to come in and set it high as possible but it still the room would not cool down, busted. They said they had no more rooms. Hotel should fix ac and put it in a place where folk won't hurt themselves.

Family friendly with a fun pool, water features and lazy river. Also easy access to the ocean.. The staff was helpful and friendly. The gift shop had anything you could possibly need or need want. Full parking structure across the street, as well as parking at the resort. A fun restaurant next door.

Great place for a family vacation with a kid oriented environment that will keep everyone busy. Pools were clean and well kept, rooms were comfortable and cozy with great views of the oceanfront, concierge was on point with providing local activities and setting up transportation and entertainment packages. Overall great experience and the service was good.

Check-in staff, super friendly. Property is a little dated and issues with elevators. Room was clean and the ocean view is amazing. Lots of onsite amenities. Great location for beach walks and exploring the area. A problem for me a non-smoker/non-smoking family, is that the “no smoking on the property” rule doesn’t seem to be enforced. Hallways reek of marijuana and any time you spend enjoying the balcony, you are overwhelmed with cigarette/marijuana smoke.
