"The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and nice at check in. Something to be aware of - the noise from the street was quite loud during the night. However I travel with earplugs and was expecting that in a hotel so central in London, so it didn’t cause me any major issues. The heater also wasn’t very warm but the room wasn’t super cold without it. The location is great, a very short walk to King’s Cross, and about a half hours walk into Soho/the west end if you’re in town for theatre!"

"Staff really friendly and inviting, room was clean but it was cold and noisy from the traffic on the dual carriageway, however it wasn't off putting. Good choice of food for breakfast, hash browns undercooked to my preference however i did not go hungry as there was enough food and options to choose from. Would stay here again. "

"The hotel was clean and nice and perfectly located for ABBA Voyage. The rooms were slightly small and the bar and food limited, but the courtyard was lovely to sit out in the sun in."

"Staff were useless and patronising at check in. Upon booking check in sated from 3pm. We arrived at 4pm to be told our three rooms were not available. We were waiting in a queue at least 25 mins before even being seen to. Staff were patronising. Said it was only an approximate time. When booking you plan around the times given. We had plans upon arrival which meant we were then late as we needed to get ready in the rooms. After finding us 2/3 rooms we got a phone call to say they didn’t have another room available so they had upgraded us to a suite. This was a nice gesture but should have been done sooner/straight away upon check in. Wouldn’t stay at the property again. "
