「I keep coming back to this property because of its vicinity with Victoria Mall. I will look for alternatives since this hotel started to charge $10 one way airport shuttle per person while the price is still higher compared to any similar US Best Western location. Something is rotting at the core of African hotel industries. 」

「The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great! 「Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo… a minor detail though. Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon lovers…. they have bacon cooked perfectly!! 」
