「The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great! 「Jag och min kollega hade en väldigt bra vistelse på Duomo. Vi var där i fyra dagar. Jag gillade att hotellet var miljömedvetet med energisparfunktioner, bra tvål och möjlighet att behålla sin handduk mer än en dag. Alla andra hotell vi bodde på bytte ut tvålen och tvättade handdukarna varje dag. Det var också enkelt att sätta upp en skylt för att slippa städningen. Servicen var väldigt bra och god mat i restaurangen. Vi kunde förvara våra väskor där sista dagen. Skönt med gym och trevlig pool...

「Checked in at 3 pm and settled in. At night,there were mosquitoes everywhere . They moved to another room, again mosquitoes, then to a third room, also mosquitoes and dirty. Horrible experience . They said all rooms fully booked . Came back to original room at 1 am and managed to sleep a little . I want a compensation from expedia since l booked through you guys. 」

「This hotel is so rundown and disgusting. The pool was so dirty. The baby pool didn't even have water. The pool bar was not in use. The pool toilets didn't work and were extremely unhygienic. The furniture around the pool is all broken bits of timber. Nothing has been maintained. The place looks like an abandoned hotel from a horror movie. The rooms had mold covering the ceiling. The curtains were filthy. There was no hot water. The pillows and mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The...
