"We really enjoyed our one night stay at Valtionhotelli. There are actually 2 parts of the hotel to stay in, either the castle or the outbuilding which can be accessed through a tunnel from the castle. The receptionist, Wenla, was as welcoming as could be and very helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate with a large variety of options. "Our stay was okay. The hotel room wasn’t bad, the sink was just dirty at the base. They set up a sofa bed even though we had an infant and needed to set up our playpen. But we could have asked them to take it down after check in. The breakfast wasn’t bad, they had a lot of food. Just busy and expensive. We liked the resort itself and the cafe on the beach.
