Nicely located by the lake, great view and options to explore the surroundings One of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen!!! The multiple training areas really offer most bells and whistles one can ask for! Breakfast was great and plentyful, baked beans would be a nice add on though Economy rooms are rather like accommodation in a youth hostel: a bit worn, linoleum flooring in the main and bathroom; piping in the bathroom is exposed; rather functional than fancy which was a bit unexpected in a spa hotel Multiple saunas available but no relaxing/reclining areas to rest and read in between sauna sessions I would come back but opt for a better room. Also a relaxing area for the sauna is a must which I hope will be added in the near future.

Nice spa hotel with plenty of activities

The room was clean and generally comfortable, but there was no proper air-conditioning. This is normally not an issue in Finland, but there happened to be very warm weather during our stay. The service was friendly and breakfast met our expectations. There is a nice spa in the hotel and many other indoor or outdoor activities available in the hotel and the surrounding area.

Thinner walls than u can imagine. Uncomfortable if you’re about to go to the bed without earplugs before 10pm especially on weekends i guess. Dunno if its only a problem when staying on the 1st floor. Room were strongly stuck at 1980s. Alltho spa was nice, kids love it atleast.

I do not recomend this hotel or spa and Hotels.com

Spa was very cold, I have been in so many spa’s, I have never been anywhere where there is so cold right away. The water in main pool was also not warm enough. So basically we went in and if we came out it was so cold, how is this possible. I undeeatand that finally after an hour or two you get cold, nat that was crazy. I went to toilet and it was freezing cold there, in the changing rooms also really cold! So the spa experience was not relaxing and nice. Second thing, the rooms, beds, pillows, noisiness. All really bad. Beds veey uncomfortable, pillows are small lime kids pillow, all the noise from corridors were so loud, also we could here if someone went to the toiler in other rooms. The hotel needs updateing right away. Also there was mold on the bathroom ventilation, shower doora were veey dirty underneath and bathroom door madw so horrible noise, I think the whole floor could hear that. To ask 144€ for that kind of hotel room and cold spa for a night, is really crazy. And 144€ was the cheapest price! I do not recomend! Then the playdopm area, where are kids playroom and all the paying tables, also so cold. Basically I has to put outdoor clothes on to my 3 year old to go play in a play room! Why? Do you want kids to get sick? Staff was at least vwey friendly and helpful!

Ihan siisti ja kiva huone. Extra-vuoteet aika kovat. Aamianen perus ja hyvä. Ehkä sais vähän paremmin lisätä ruokia sen mukaan kuin ne loppuu, nyt oli aika paljon loppunut ja kesti ennenkö tuli uutta. Koske aamiasta sekä illallisbuffettia. Kylpylässä sopivan lämmintä vettä. Ei liian kylmää altaissa.

Yön kokemus

Huone oli positiivinen yllätys, mutta oven kahvassa oli halkeama ja muutenkin huone kaipaisi pientä korjaamista/ehostamista. Kylpylä oli todella hyvä ja mukava. Siellä riitti tekemistä ja oli monenlaisia altaita eri lähtöön. Aamupala oli perus hotelli tasoa.

Perhehuone Promenadi-siivessä oli todella kuuma, koska huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia. Huone oli katutasossa ulko uima-altaan puolella, joten altaiden melu kuului iltaan asti huoneeseen. Pimennysverhot oli aika kulahtaneet ja alkovin puolella niitä ei ollut ollenkaan, joten huone jäi tosi valoisaksi. Parisänky oli huono ja tyynyt erittäin surkeat. Vessassa kuuma sää oli ilmeisesti kuivattanut kaikki kaivot, koska siellä oli hirveä viemärinhaju ensimmäisenä päivänä. Hotellin yleiset tilat vaatisi ehkä pientä päivittämistä ja etenkin ehjiä ja puhtaita tuoleja. Kylpyläosasto oli sopiva 3-vuotiaan kanssa ja hotellin ympäristössä kivat maisemat. Aamupalalla oli hyvin esillä erikoisruokavalioiden merkinnät ja gluteenittomille tuotteille oma alue.
