"When we checked in the dayshift staff was great. We were disappointed with the room as the carpet and walls were dirty. Picture frames were all slanted, room smelled old and no ventilation in the bathroom. The sheets on our beds were also old and torn. One elevator was out of service so it took forever to leave and return to our floor. Evening staff were rude and unfriendly. During check out the front receptionist Indian lady was also rude and behaved like she despises her job. We will not stay here again. "

"Old and run down. Poor service at check in, room was boiling hot and smelled upon entry. Overall the hotel didn’t feel clean which made it a very uncomfortable stay. Seemed overly busy and severely understaffed. Not much in the area. It’s reasonably close to YVR, but that’s about it. "

"It would be great to have shared public areas for consumers to use. Since the owners are staying home daily, it’s not very comfortable to use the living room and kitchen. The towels are also quite smelly. It would be wonderful if the heater or air conditioning were working so that there’s fresh air circulating. "
