「The hotel was a bit hard to find but once there the staff was super helpful to get us parked, checked in, and even hauled our bag up a flight of stairs for us. We did not do breakfast but other guests enjoyed it. The room was clean and functional. The terrace on the third floor provided a marvelous view of the fortress. Location was great.」

「The accommodation was a fully furnished flat in a new block. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The flats were not serviced but this was not a problem as we only stayed for 3 nights. The building seems to be a 'Seniors' block of flats with a few flats used as holiday lets but don't let that put you off as it is very comfortable and affordable and is just a short 5 to 10 minute slightly uphill walk to the walled town.」

「We stayed for three nights in total, and everything from start to finish was fantastic, from the pick-up and warm welcome to the beautiful fresh breakfasts, great coffees, and well-stocked fridge of drink (with an honesty box). The rear garden was so relaxing, and our room was absolutely perfect for us. We loved our getaway and will definitely be back again soon!」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「The property was in a good location, quiet but walkable to all important sites. Catherine was a lovely host, very accommodating, had breakfast ready each morning and kept our luggage on our day of departure. 」

「Great location next to the fortress, excellent friendly staff, nice sized comfortable room and bed. Only complaint is there was not even a drawer to unpack any of your luggage. We are literally living out of our suitcases as there was nowhere to put stuff. Other than that we still highly recommend. 」
