"Not good "

"The 1st room we had was very dirty. Upon arrival there was a stench in the room. The bathroom was only equipped with 2 towels and the reservation had 3 people. The towels mentioned had hair on them, which prompted further investigation of the room. The bed sheets had crumbs and what looked like make up all over them. When we mentioned to the front desk they changed our rooms. The new room was slightly cleaner. It still only had two towels for 3 people, there was not a blanket for the pull out couch. We only had a fitted sheet and a tiny pillow in the closet for the bed. The room still had a stench that did not go away with our own room spray. And there was a terrible case of gnats in the room. They were mainly in the kitchen and the bathroom. The bed was very hard as well. "

"The listing on Expedia says an airport shuttle is provided but it doesn't list which airport. We booked because it had a shuttle only to find out too late it doesn't have one from LAX. "

"It’s clean bit there is no food service between 9 and 4. There is not even coffee-except in the room. Also it’s not walking distance to any food places. It is clean but the decor is dated. I wouldn’t stay again because of the coffee situation and also the AC in the room didn’t work. So you should probably stay at the Doubletree."

"The stove didn't work the refrigerator never got cold i had to put everything in the freezer with no worries of it freezing the bed was very comfortable the rooms were quite. When i checked in noone explained the amenities i was in an ada room i did not request which caused the shower to splash onto the floor causing puddles "

"Good location, but obviously a little noisy due to airport. Room and bed were clean & comfortable. However, no guide for TV service, which is silly since you don't know whats on for any channel., air conditioning seemed to be governed... so not cool enough for me to sleep comfortably., and my shower experience was probably the worst I have experienced... the diverter was not working properly, so maybe 25% of the water was going to the shower head, and the rest through tub spout, which happened to fill the bathtub rapidly due to the fact that the drain was mostly clogged. "
