"This is our location of choice when we come to Disneyland--and we come to Disneyland a lot. Sometimes we get a room that's a little older and could use some love, but overall, this hotel is festive, clean, has a great shuttle, the rooms are huge, and we just love it. We used to look at this hotel from the freeway and wonder if we would ever stay there--now we rarely stay anywhere else."

"We chose this resort property based on the amenities offered. We were very disappointed from the beginning of our stay through the date we departed. Upon check-in, we were informed the pool/sauna area was closed. Sonesta said that another hotel offered pool use however it was a 25 min walk to the other hotel. Additionally, we were informed that due to short staffing, there would be no turnover service for our entire stay. We placed our filled garbage cans outside our door where they remained the entire day. The shower curtain was not long enough causing water to collect on the floor of the bathroom. We did request another shower curtain, which was dropped off by a staff member. My daughter had to install the replacement curtain which was just barely long enough to catch the water. We did not have ice available on our floor, which is reasonable. Upon going to the appropriate floors, there were no signs (as in zero signs!) to indicate where to find the ice. There were many other things that just plain did not work during our stay. We all agreed we would never stay here again. "

"Rooms were great, so much fun for family. The pools and water slides were amazing, there’s an outdoor pool movie every night. Great bar with great food in pool area as well. Staff is very accommodating. Will definitely stay again. "

"It is a good ship over for a night if you have to be in the area. Don’t expect anything fancy, but simple clean place. They take a $50.00 deposit in advance."
