「There was hair in bed when comforter pulled down. The bathroom amenities were empty - no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. I spoke to staff and they said they weren’t able to “compensate” me or give a discount because room was booked on Expedia.」

「Loved that 2 King beds were available. Guys at front doesn’t was very helpful and pleasant. Only thing that I had problems with was the tub. The sides were tall to step over for a handicap person. And no o didn’t ask for a handicap room. Only thing I would suggest for them to get mini fridge with the small freezer due traveling you need yo refresh ice packs and Stuff. As an example I needed mine froze to keep my insulin cold during my travel.」

「Close to the 90 and Mt Rushmore. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Warm fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Used the whirlpool and pool and liked them fine. Across the street from Mongolian BBQ which we loved. Clean comfortable room and beds.」

「When reserving our room, several months ago, we requested a king room with a walk-in/roll-in shower. When we arrived, we were told that the room was not available, but they had a double room available with a walk-in shower. It was a double room with a full-size tube with grab bars. The bathroom was not clean and there were no towel bars on the walls. We could not get to the sink because of the towels and washcloths that were blocking the sink and we were not able to get the stopper to hold water...

「Property seemed pretty clean. However, the front desk attendant seemed super confused about our checking in. When we got our room key and went to our room someone was already occupying the room! It smelled of marijuana too. We were then put in a double queen room and the hair dryer was missing out of the bathroom- looked like someone cut the cord off of it! Loud people all through the night.」

「We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from Expedia and he had issues with Expedia in the past. This...
