「The staff were so nice!!! They weee welcoming, attentive, and friendly to us. We wanted to ride bikes on the wine trail and have a picnic. Of course we’re were unprepared but we explained to the staff and they so kindly have us linen cloths, napkins, cutlery, cups. We had a great time. Two thumbs up.」

「The staff was great. We found it difficult to cool the room down at night and unfortunately by the time we went for breakfast there wasn’t much left and they didn’t seem to refill anything. Not that we saw anyway. If you get there early the breakfast would be good. 」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay.
