Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sollte mal auf einen modernen und neuen Stand gebracht werden. Etwas überaltert. Service/Persona täglich außer Sonntags zum...

「L’accoglienza e l’ospitalità di Xanthi sono state impeccabili. Le camere sono pulitissime e con tutti i comfort (inclusa cucina con elettrodomestici, fra cui lavatrice). La struttura è a 15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro, lontana dalla calca e dal traffico e ben collegata col resto dell’isola.」

「La situation géographique idéalement située par rapport à la ville. Le petit déjeuner de grande qualité. Le plus : jacuzzi sur la terrasse vue mer. Le seul mini bémol pour les séjours longues durées : l’espace dressing est un peu petit. L’extrême propreté, l’amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel ainsi que la réactivité sont au rendez vous. 」

「We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful. Location was fab, a minute from the beach and restaurants. 」

「we were a family of 4 (2 teens). We had breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel is steps away from the beach. The sea view we had was gorgeous . Lots of stores and shops within walking distance. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. we have stayed here each time we have come to ierapetra and will return」

「Hotel in super Lage. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant zum Abendessen. Sehr tolle Küche und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sauberkeit im Zimmer besonders die Reinigung des eigenen Pools wäre gut vor erneuter Zimmervergabe. Infinity-Pool im 5. und 9. Stock mit herrlichem Ausblick aufs Meer. Strand ist auch toll. Leider werden die meisten Liegen schon früh „reserviert“ obwohl die jeweiligen Personen oft erst Mittags erscheinen. Gegen dieses Verhalten wird leider vom Hotel nichts unternommen. 」

「Absolutely amazing hotel and staff - very calm and quiet atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble for them. The only one tiny annoyance was there were often kids running around and jumping in the pool making noise etc. - we believe this used to be adults only as we’re sure it was when we booked? - it’s a shame as somewhere so small and with such aspirations of honeymoon destination really should be adults only in order to get the complete tranquil experience. 」
