"The plus’s. Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good. The bad. Was given a single room when I had clearly booked and paid for a double room. Because if my late arrival there was no one available to challenge this. So mentioned it after breakfast next morning. Was told I had a ‘promotional’ rate so only got a single. After a strong counter challenge I was offered a double which I did decline as I said I didn’t want to mess up two rooms and make more work for the maids. That is me being nice. The point being the under handed way a single was allocated in the first place. I assume as it was a single you only got one pillow. No spare. Duvet very thin. Carpet worn. Little run down but to be fair ok for what I paid. Certainly would not pay the standard rate for a night !!"

"The location is a rough neighborhood, next to the central train & bus station. There are a lot of street people around, and a lot of car and bus traffic. The windows (5th floor) were locked closed. It had no frills at all, but it was clean enough. It's a budget option, but adequate."

"Parking was awkward--had to park across the street and your hotel should have been more clear as to how to access it. Also, your carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms smelt musty and should be cleaned to get rid of the smell. Also, your policy of how the linen and towels are to be changed was not explained at the front desk--Why? Improvements need to be made."
