「Staff let me leave my luggage at 11 in morning, and gave me the room key to use after the room had been cleaned (note - reception is closed between 11a.m. and 2) Considering the central location the hotel is very quiet The breakfast was excellent for this type of hotel. 「Exceptionally clean, self-catering accommodation. Convenient location close to Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof and Schwebebahn. A range hood over the cooktop would be good - accidentally set off the smoke alarm. I heard another guest managed it as well. No dishwasher or washing machine in room. Guest laundry only had one machine and was never available when needed. Public laundromat nearby was good - cash only. 」

「In fact, I had a bad experience during check-in. The man at the reception was careless and, despite having already paid, the full amount was charged again. I ended up paying twice, and it took time to get the refund. However, Simin Mandegarian was truly amazing and completely changed my experience. Her responsiveness, support, and clear explanations made a big difference. Her multilingual skills were also a great help. Thanks to her, I changed my mind and decided to give a positive rating. 」
