「We absolutely loved this wonderful hotel! The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and having two separate duvets meant we both slept like babies. The bathroom was so thoughtfully designed too – with dual sinks so we could get ready at the same time without bumping elbows! Little touches made it special: the bamboo/wooden toothbrushes and razors felt both eco-chic and luxurious, and our room’s sofa and chaise lounge were perfect for relaxing. But the breakfast? Oh, it was an absolute dream!...

「I had a lovely stay at the Scandic Hotel. My room was clean and spacious with a desk to work on and a very comfy chair to relax and read. I had a great river view room on the 17th floor. The breakfast was welcoming and offered a variety of bread, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, hot food, cereals etc. The hotel was not far from the Frankfurt Stn (6mins)and it was just a couple of streets away from the river. 「For a frequent traveler, it offers a clean and comfortable place to stay. The availability of an electric kettle or a shared water dispenser would be a welcome bonus.」

「The location is excellent and considering the reasonable price — especially with breakfast included — it’s quite a rare find. However, the affordable rate does come with some compromises. The facilities are rather dated and not very well equipped. The front desk is only staffed from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and rooms use traditional keys. There is no fridge or safe in the room. Please also note that there’s a radiator but no air conditioner. Housekeeping was unfortunately the weakest part of my stay....

「Lobby was very warm, rooms are not well equipped with air conditioning or at least it does not work good enough to handle the 28C evenings. Location is great as it is just a few step from the main train station. Smoking area is put right outside of the hotel entry, forcing the health conscious majority to inhale second hand smoke when entering and leaving the hotel. The hotel should adopt a more forward mindset about smoking that affects other customers.」

「1. Don't feel safe around. 2. Paid the city tax while checking in but was asking to pay again while checking out. It wasted me at least 5 mins showing the front desk lady the evidence of the payment and she needed to find if I did Paid. 」
