「Check in was very easy. Andrea was very kind helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was 5 min walk. Location was fantastic. We were able to do laundry and use the kitchen for some refreshments. Air con was very good and needed during the heat wave. Bed was comfortable and shower was exceptionally. Definitely will stay again. Highly recommend. Can’t say enough about Andrea he is a 10 out of 10. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.」

「Excellent location 5 minutes from Duomo, La Scala and dozens of restaurants. 20 minutes flat walk to railway station for trains to Lake Como. Lovely spacious modern apartment with everything you need. Our apartment in this block is on a main road and VERY noisy with traffic and trams. The windows keep no sound out. Aircon didn’t work. Luckily the outside temperature was only 23c which was bearable.」

「at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 」

There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」
