"El hotel está muy bonito, muy cerca de lugares de san Pedro, muy buena atención, incluye desayuno y otras pequeñas cortesías. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho, aunque le bajaras la temperatura no enfriaba como debería, deberían de revisar eso porque en temporada de más calor podría no ser suficiente. No sé si solo fue mi habitación o había otras con la misma condición."

"We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were several issues that need improvement. The rooms we originally selected were not ready upon arrival, and one of the rooms had already been assigned to another guest. The staff was unable to assist effectively at that time, and it took about an hour to resolve the issue over the phone. The following day, there was a problem with the floor due to ongoing construction, and we were asked to change rooms, which was inconvenient. Communication with the front desk staff was also challenging, making it difficult to resolve concerns smoothly. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and enjoyable. We also really liked the city—people were very friendly. We would visit Monterrey again, but we are not sure if we would stay at this hotel."
