Great location and accommodation. Easy access to Macroplaza, shopping, and restaurants. The only thing that surprised us was that the shower door was a glass door and transparent at the top and bottom, which was awkward for us. We got free drink vouchers and the rooftop lounge was nice.

If you want to be near El Centro, this is a perfect location. Easy to walk around. The hotel is part of a bigger building that has quick food options, which is very convenient as well. Great views from the room.

This is a lovely hotel, very close to the centre. Staff are helpful and welcoming and the rooms very clean and very comfortable with lots of space. Two double beds not needed but as a UK guest maybe that’s a Mexican thing. The bathroom was clean and I liked all the facilities. Great view over the enormous mountain which disappears with the daylight conditions.

The location is great, close to everything. But customer service needs improvement. For example, when existing the main elevators rather than the staff just stare at you they can great from the main desk. The staff could be more welcoming, let us know about wifi, restaurant etc

Good hotel to sleep, not to eat.

The hotel was very good, clean and friendly staff. The 16th floor restaurant was hit and miss. The breakfast buffet was decent and fresh options made for a nice variety. Lunch and dinner were not as good. The pizza they advertise is nothing like in the photos. It was no better than gas station pizza. Sorry but it was terrible. It must have been frozen pizza. The chicken dishes were leftover chicken sliced and reheated on the flat top (plancha) so naturally a bit on the dry side. Rule number one in food prep - reheat first then slice. Not slice and reheat.
