"Bad experience. I stayed for 2 nights and the service was very poor. The staff had a bad attitude. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the air conditioning wasn't working. On the second day, they didn’t clean the room. Bad experience — I don’t recommend.

Poor service from Front desk

Front desk not very kind. One of the two Elevator s did not work and staff did not do anything. You need to input your room card to go to your room and that did not work. The problem is that nobody did anything! Front desk just ignore the problem!
