Top Musée National d’Histoire Naturelle Hotel Reviews
Novotel Paris Les Halles
10/10 Excellent
"Great location and overall a pleasant stay. The place doesn’t have a sauna, the gym was under renovation (so I had to use the neighbouring hotel’s gym), and it was a bit difficult to find due to minimal signage. That said, the service was exceptional — Cristina, David, and Gabryella were all fantastic. A special shoutout to Leah for going out of her way to ensure vegan food options were covered. Their hospitality really stood out and made up for the inconveniences."
"Comfy bed, good shower, great room settings. Staff was not so friendly. Never once did they say hi or acknowledge us until check out. Trains were 5 minutes away and hotel was very central. Close to all attractions. "
"The location was the biggest strength of the hotel - right next to Gare de Lyon, so we had easy access to buses and the metro. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The family room with king bed and sofa was fine - once the sofa bed was out there wasn’t much room at all though. The bathroom is very small, with no room for toiletries. Housekeeping was inconsistent with leaving us enough towels, depended on who was cleaning the room. Breakfast was free for kids under 10 which was a great deal. All in all, the hotel was satisfactory."
"Location is excellent, lots of great shops and restaurants. We recommend joji right across the street. The hotel itself was nice. Not the best sound proofing but it didn’t bother us too much. Bathroom in our room was updated but the room itself could use fresh coat of paint. Staff were excellent . Overall we would stay there again, especially for the location. "
"We absolutely LOVED this boutique hotel. The location is excellent. It is just around the corner from two metro stations so it was quick and easy to get anywhere in the city. The neighborhood felt safe and was very clean. There were lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We also loved the breakfast—lots of selections and wonderful breads and pastries. Delicious hot options as well—eggs, bacon, super yummy sausages, crepes, and pancakes. The staff was the absolute BEST! They were so friendly and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!! "
"Great location close to many restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Best part was that a cafe was attached, open most of the day for coffee to-go or dine in. French and yet a bit of a familiar U.S. quirky hotel feel. "
