"Food especially breakfast was really nice. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 was because I struggled to get the TV to work. The remote control for the most part never worked despite being changed 3 times and I was unable to stream Netflix or anything else on the TV. Other than that minor issue the hotel was wonderful. A great location, lots of local amenities. I would have no hesitation in staying there again, which is the best recommendation."

"The hotel itself was very nice. Rooms nice size for downtown Paris. Centrally located to Eiffel Tower and quant bakeries and cafes. Safe is helpful. But when they say the breakfast will open at 7 it means sometime after seven. But they will accommodate if you need something at 7. We also had an issue the day we stayed with the hot water. They didn’t get it repaired the morning we were checking out until we were leaving for the airport. But they were trying everything to get it fixed on a sunday morning before 7:30 am with a city with its roads shut down for a race."

"I am torn on this. We paid a premium to stay here in a duplex suit. Firstly the staff were amazing and would do anything they could to help you. They made the stay to be fair. Now to the room, very nice but the carpet was quite marked, loved the upstairs with the second TV which meant we could watch different programmes as there was a TV downstairs. The room is functional and clean, I didn't understand the coffee machine and kettle plugged into a cupboard though!!! So while we enjoyed our stay, I am distracted by the price we paid, it might have been more expensive as there was tennis event on and the Paris 10K, not able to fully comment on that. Would I have paid full price no, would I stay again, absolutely as the location is great, 10 mins from the Eiffel Tower and 15 mins from Gare du Nord using the metro 8 and 4 lines. Plenty of places to eat around, So location is pretty damn good as well. Maybe I am just a tight Yorkshire man. As mentioned, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again as we know our way around now and the staff were great. Hope that helps folks."

"I solo-traveled to Paris and this hotel was perfect! The room had all the necessities I needed to make the stay comfortable and the hotel staff were all super kind and helpful. Would definitely comeback to this hotel again when i’m back in Paris. Bonus points for the free macaroons!"
