"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...

"Very clean and mostly quiet. Room service can improve. When I requested, instead of coming they asked me to extend my stay although I was already staying another night. "

"Stayed with family, double rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would have been exceptional if TV was smart and there was a coffee machine. Breakfast was the highlight of every morning; amazing attentive staff, all the options available from Spanish lattes to ginger shots and all the delicious fruits and pastries.
