"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...

"Staff is just exceptional, helpful, very customer-orientated and always happy to help. I was offered a nice suite with kitchen on the high floor. The room was spacious and had all the equipment expected. It was very calm and there was no noise from road or in the neighborhood. So, I had a relaxing night before an early morning flight. "When I first arrived at the hotel I literally said oh my god what have I done as it seemed miles away from the city! The key word is seemed!
