Das Badezimmer war extrem schmutzig, besonders die alten Seifen mit Haaren darauf. Es war unangenehm, überhaupt barfuß dort zu stehen. Ich hatte auch das Gefühl, dass das Bett nicht frisch bezogen war, obwohl wir es zum Glück nicht benutzen mussten. Da wir nur kurz dort waren, habe ich schnell geduscht und wollte danach einfach nur...

"Great location in neighborhood just outside of downtown but near the waterfront. Pool has great sunsets and views. Breakfast was high quality with plenty of options and local foods 🙏 I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Muscat!"

"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...

"Very clean and mostly quiet. Room service can improve. When I requested, instead of coming they asked me to extend my stay although I was already staying another night. "

"Die to business we required a hotel close to the airport for this it was excellent condition. Sadly enough the dinner buffet was poor and little choice of food especially considering the price you pay, the breakfast buffet had a better selection and options then dinner. The hotel itself was quite good."
