「Nice place to stay in Park City. The property is slightly dated but provides everything you need. The bed was comfortable, amenities were plentiful, and the staff was friendly. My only gripe is that the wood provided for the fireplace was super wet and wouldn't light. 」

The fixtures and amenities in the unit are pretty old but everything was super clean and in good working order. 「Really enjoyed the entire space as it was very clean, had everything we needed to cook and stay in and the furnishings were updated and cozy! Really appreciate everything about it. Even has a full washer/dryer in the unit. You could walk to the grocery and other shopping across the street. Being on the main street did not disturb our rest as the bedrooms are set back far enough. The hottub was only open until 8:45pm.. would have liked it to be open longer since we didn't want to be with other...

「Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up....

Great on the inside, a bit "dormitory" looking on

"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. "
