Room is very clean, check in staff very nice. I really love Planet Hollywood and its location. Only two things are not convienent is:
1) I wish the self service check in was working. Then I would have to wait in line so long to check in.
2) I wish the monorail station was closer to the hotel. Not much can be done about that.

A perfect stay in beautiful Sapa...I overlooking the valley every morning was spectacular. The Family host were very accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious and options were offered. A high recommendation for a 5 star homestay! My choice away from the City for an enjoyable experience!

Room very clean. Spacious. Comfortable. 2 big double beds. Owners/managers very coureous and helpful. All staff polite, efficient & professional. Lots of clean towels. Breakfast was good in a nice setting with views.
