「We had a good time in Sa House. Sa and his family are all friendly and enthusiastic. Rooms are all clean, and foods are also good here. Next time if we come back Bac Ha, we will stay Sa House again. 」

「4/5」

「Although I didn’t like their breakfast much, the great staff and hotel itself made up for that. I enjoyed my stay. 」

「Nice property-huge parking lot」

「I had a wonderful stay! I loved my room. Very comfortable and I wanted to take the bathtub home 😁」

「None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town. On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. 「Super kind staff. We enjoyed staying here.」

「At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...
