海洛市政區飯店式公寓

「The front door was unsecured the entire stay. Thankfully my room had its own door lock, but that did little to help me sleep at night.」

「Old or broken decoration But nice place, nice location The staff r friendly」

「Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well. 」

「Mooi appartement」

The apartment is several blocks away from the hotel and does not have staff most of the time and the landline in the apartment didn't work, so it was difficult to get help from the hotel, especially when it got...

「Good experience: Located by a canal in a quiet residential area but within 20 minutes walk to city centre with lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops. A bar/restaurant downstairs at the corner serves good food and drinks, good vibe. Apartment is spacious, clean, with most essentials like water boiler, dish washer, cooking accessories....etc. Bathroom fittings and appliances require fixing and maintenance though. Bad experience: Very poor check-in communication - meaning, no check-in help....
