The hotel itself is good.
The good: Rooms are good, facility is large, with a good restaurant (which was convenient at night because the hotel is a 15 min walk from the city center if you’re lazy like we were one night!). The 15 min walk is not bad at all otherwise. Easy parking too.
The bad:
Reception is very understaffed, everytime we went (check in, check out, wifi issue, dropping suitcase, etc.), it was taking a good 20 min wait. There is always a line of 6-7 people and it takes awhile.
Second issue is there was no internet on day 1 on our floor. I needed to get some work done and couldn’t, called reception, said they couldn’t do anything, then they would send technician, who never came. Then I went to talk to them in person (waiting 20 minutes again because understaffed), who said we’d have to wait 8am tomorrow. Comes 8am, still no wifi. I had to raise my voice to ask to be relocated to another floor with wifi, to which they said I’d have to wait 3pm. Whilst I totally understand technical issues can happen, it was the lack of solution that annoyed me. They were just shrugging, saying they can’t do anything. Why not offering another bedroom on another floor with wifi? Or offer breakfast to make up for the inconvenience.
In short, Hotel is good, customer service is atrocious.
