「Our room was lovely and spacious. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Check in was quick. Our bedroom fan was making some weird noises and we called and they came and replaced it right away. The pool is a little chilly but nice and refreshing on a hot day. The hot tubs were lovely. Beautiful views. Great location.」

「Very good experience~all my family love it!」

「Very clean room, Nice views. Pet friendly. Very pleased with our stay.」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「It was clean, staff was great, location is fantastic」

「當初會住宿此地即是看上房間裡面設有壁爐，松木燃燒的香氣令人感到愉悅。整潔度，浴室排水不良等問題可以加強一下。服務人員的英語能力和接待態度也建議要提升。」
