"The AC made the room very cold and it couldn’t be turned warmer. The doors in the corridor kept slamming in the night and morning and woke me up repeatedly. The spa was amazing. "

"The stay started off very well, staff were excellent, informative and check in was easy and smooth. The staff asked if we'd like drinks to our room and we had a nice hot tea and fresh orange juice. The room itself was fantastic, size was big, with all the amenities you can expect and more. Views from the front door of the room, overlook the pavillion restaurant on the lobby level, as we were on the 16th floor of the Towers. The biggest downside was that the room was a non-smoking room as required, however, during the evening and night, the AC vent felt like it was allowing smoke into the room from somewhere, and though it couldn't be seen, it was definitely smokey in the room. For an asthmatic and a toddler, this wasn't at all pleasant. My daughter was coughing through the night and I had to use my inhaler multiple times, spoiling our sleep. We had booked half-board and dinner service was excellent, food and staff were great. Breakfast was decent also, good options. "

"Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing due to several serious issues with the rooms and overall environment. The entire second and third floors were filled with an overpowering, unpleasant perfume smell. We later discovered this was being used to mask an ongoing sewage leak in the hotel. The fragrance was so strong that we had to wear face masks inside, and we couldn’t turn on the air conditioning because it would circulate the smell directly into our room. Despite raising this issue multiple times with hotel staff, no effective action was taken and no compensation was offered. As someone with asthma, the strong odor made it extremely difficult to breathe and sleep. The smell had seeped into the rooms as well, and I kept waking up struggling to catch my breath throughout the night. To make matters worse, two of our rooms had sewage backing up through the shower drains and bathroom sinks. We requested a room change, which was granted, but by that point the overall experience had already been severely impacted. Overall, what should have been a comfortable stay turned into a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. "
