「Had a microwave and fridge. Not very clean but staff was friendly. TV had dish only. Smokefree room smelled like smoke and blanket had many cigarette burns. Bought my own blanket and then was much happier. Couch was to dirty to sit on and needed a steam clean very badly. Just did not use couch. Computer desk had outlets but the plug was tapped together could be a fire risk. All in all, stay was mid.」

「The first room I was put in smelled awful, like smoke even though I had booked non-smoking. The attendant acted annoyed as hell I wanted to be moved and then told me it was a $10 upcharge to be put in a downstairs room. I won't be back. 」

Nothing I love more when I go to check-in and and I am told/ shamed when they tell me tell me how much money I wasted by being with Expedia versus going direct to them. Room was fine, could've been cleaner but – hey it's a motel six and I got there at 10:30 PM and left at four am. My ultimate measurement is would I go back there again. No. 」

「Room was exceptionally clean. Hotel and property were safe. Staff were excellent! Laura at the front desk was very helpful and Shandi put together one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Seriously. Banana nut bread waffle batter! Pigs in a blanket! Omelette! Sausage links! Scones! Healthy options as well. Keep up the good work Hampton Inn. 💋」

「Needed a place to stay for one night on a road trip. Expedia says their check in was available until midnight and their desk was available 24 hours, but we showed up to a closed desk. The staff came in with their dinner and essentially told me check in closed at 10 and acted as though I inconvenienced her by showing up. More concerned with eating with her friend in the lobby than helping us. There was no cart to bring up our luggage. There was also no one at the desk when we checked out at 7 am....
