I liked that it was in area of good restaurants & shopping but the property needs renovation, updates. There was a fabric chair in my room that I would never have sat in. The tub drained slowly. There was either dirt or mold on the outside length of the tub. Red something in front of the toilet on the floor. I called down to the front desk that I had just passed because I spoke with the lady with the nose ring. When I got to my room I called to find out if I cld check out that night so I could just leave at 6 a.m. in the morning. She never answered or called me back.

I stayed here while traveling through Arkansas and had a very pleasant experience. Check-in was easy, and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The area around the hotel was nice, and after a long day on the road, it was a comfortable place to stop and rest. Everything about my stay was smooth and enjoyable. The room was comfortable, the property felt safe, and I appreciated having such a pleasant overnight stop during my trip. I would gladly stay here again when passing through the Fort Smith area.

Breakfast was great & served in a big nice-looking dining area. The pool was well maintained. Our king room was the best hotel room we've had in a long time with comfy pillows, a tub jacuzzi, a very wide long dressing mirror on the wall, 2 white granite basins, plenty of soft towels, lots of horizontal suitcase space, and a separate living room with seating for 5. The window a/c unit was very manageable. There are plenty of restaurants right around the hotel and a pharmacy next door. Parking is well lit with plenty of spaces. Hubby and I will definitely revisit this hotel.
