「Wonderful staff」

「The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. I went back and forth 4-5 times before it finally worked after he kept badgering to pay even thought it was his own card reader. The man directing traffic was very nice. Breakfast was ok. There was a wide selection. Overall, much...

「除了有點舊之外，我覺得一切都很好，價錢超值地提供四星的服務」

「The geographical position leaves to be desired because it's walking distance to nothing It's indispensable to catch a tuk tuk to go somewhere Breakfast was not buffet because it's low season and the occupancy rate was extremely low」

「A noice stay. The staff let me check out late while I waited in laundry. No spa. The restaurant has a good variety. Clean. Good gym.」

「Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. 」

「Room side is big but facilities are old, breakfast is okay too」

「大廳富麗堂皇、早餐多樣選擇，健身房設施簡陋，櫃台接待人員不給換小抄，但是我看到歐美人士可以換，我也使用標準英文請求，但他不給我換」

「Good」

「All the staff were so great. Nice people at the desk and nice people at the restaurant. Pool was great. I really have no complaints」

「基本上金邊能遊玩的景點不多這個飯店提供了各種運動設施彌補了出差的缺憾，俄羅斯市場很好買，嘟嘟車一日遊15美金~~」
