No room upgrade or vip amenities were offered but it is still value for money. The gym, pool and spa are amazing. Staff and service were also fantastic. Food and beverages are on the expensive end for Cambodia but is a 4 star hotel. I will stay there again when I’m in Phnom Penh.

As an American tourist, this was a very strange place to stay. Inconveniently far from the city center, hallways and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, and none of the staff seemed to be comfortable speaking English. The breakfast was not included in my stay but was mediocre- pastries were terribly dry and crunchy, coffee was not drinkable, et cetera.

The location is great with a huge gym and awesome infinity pool. It is not located in the city center but you can walk there in 40 minutes. Tuk tuks are waiting outside so you can easily get off to the city

Absolutely, beautiful hotel! Loved our stay at the Sun & Moon (which we did on 3 separate occasions within a 2 week period)! My first visit to a Cambodia allowed me to enjoy this hotel and all of its amenities. Our only choice from this day forward to provide our hotel needs in Phnom Penh Some comments we would like to share is how ownership and management have provided an amazing atmosphere for the first-time or well-experienced traveler to this terrific country! The staff was absolutely top-notch…always helpful in every way. For any occasion or just to enjoy a bucket-list moment…Sun & Moon Riverside will not disappoint.

The water did not drain well in the shower, so I took a shower and waited for a while for the water to drain. The old smell in the room gave me a headache. It was nice to have a water purifier installed.
