The hotel has their own independent winery and a tasting cellar downstairs. There is even a hotel cat who comes up to greet you (see picture) -- always a good sign when a cat adopts a place :) 」

「What a special place to stay. An ancient French country villa converted into a small hotel with all the quirks of a centuries old property, and with all the charm. 「I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean and quiet, and I especially appreciated the ample parking area. And the breakfast, offered at an additional charge, was well worth the cost. Most of the food served was sourced locally, within a few blocks of the hotel. The proprietors are a very nice, accommodating couple who made May time there quite pleasant. 」

「Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the rolling hills and vineyards. Furniture was quaint and cozy. Hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas, staff were welcoming and friendly. Walls were a little thin, and we heard our neighbours, but nothing really objectionable. Lovely quiet town. Short walk to the walled village and really enjoyed the Christmas market. Quiet locale after the crowds of the other markets. Parking was very convenient across the street.」
