Acceuil chaleureux par tout le personnel ,l'hotel ainsi que les chambres sont tres propres .le petit dejeuner est le restaurant sont tres bien.
L'hotel est bien situé pour visiter les marchés de noel alsacien. C'est un tres bon rapport qualité prix.le petit plus :le plan des marchés de noel a visiter fournis a notre arrivée.
Seul bémol l'insonorisation des chambres et il faudrait un mitigeur dans la douche.

mauvaise gestion entre hotel.com et l'arbre vert
Le prix de la chambre était nettement inférieur au prix payé. J"avais réservé une chambre avec balcon et je n'ai eu qu'une chambre sous les toits. Je pense qu'il y a eu une mauvaise gestion entre hotel.com et l'arbre vert. De plus la salle de bain n'avait pas d'aération ce qui a amené des mauvaises odeur dans la chambre. Sinon j'ai payé 106 euros à hotel.com pour le séjour alors que la chambre m'a été défalquée que de 88 euros ce qui fait que j'ai perdu 18 euros. Je pense que la prochaine fois je m'adresserais qirectement à l'établissement et non par hotel.com qui m'a arnaqué de 18€
