「We loved our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel! The location on the water was beautiful, the staff (especially Phillip) was so welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. A charming place to spend our last couple of days in England. Thank you!」

「Spotless. Resupply of milk, cookies and other water! Food fabulous! Just a tad noisy it carries, with bar, restaurant all the one room, no carpet but in the summer I am sure with doors open that would soon be fixed.」

「Parking wasn't too bad in the Saxon Car park, however managing parking for the duration a bit of a faff to juggle without having to top up in the early hours. WiFi was disappointing especially with the cost of a very basic room. You'd expect it to be free as with many other locations. Even though you pay for it, it's very weak, which was a real pain as it kept dropping and you had to keep signing back in.」

「Great guest house, great room, great en suite, great breakfast and friendly attendant. Probably the cleanest place we've stayed in. Very close to the railway station and only a few minutes' walk into the town centre. You could hear a bit of traffic but it soon blended in to the background.」

「No staff available and rooms not ready on arrival, very confusing check in, basement room with hardly any light, overall terrible!」

「The room was very nice indeed, lovely big and comfirtable bed, just slightly cold on a February day even though the radiator was on. Also the TV in the adjacent room was too loud, which would have been annoying if we hadnt been getting up early anyway or if we'd wanted to stay in the room the evening before. radiator was one. 」

「Hotel was in a good location and room was nice. A couple of the fittings need attention and the cleaners did not replace “consumables”. It is a self checkout so can’t rate the stafff. Overall a good stay」
