Nice hotel with excellent service and food
We had a wonderful experience, very relaxing. We loved the private onsen both in and out of the room. The food was excellent. The only thing is it was expensive - $1000 USD for 4 persons.

雖然建材裝修15年稍嫌老舊，但清潔度和舒適度還是很好。 餐飲比予期好，適合渡假悠閒的環境，適合喜歡慢遊的旅人。

這次是第二次入住，大老遠從台北再次專程前往。環境依舊清幽、溫泉依舊舒適暢快，餐飲依舊美味，讓人感受到用心。這樣的住宿泡湯一泊五食體驗絕對值得這樣的價格。但是或許是這次剛好有一個團體包了七八間房，也或許是這次遇到的服務生都較為年輕無經驗，整體來說服務的細緻度比第一次稍稍降低了，這是這一次唯一令人覺得可惜的地方。

This is not my first time to stay at this hotel. I had stayed here years ago while my kids are still small. I do enjoy the comfort of this hotel. Peoples are so nice and the food they provdie are excellent. I will stay in the future again for sure.

非常有隱私服務設備一級棒!
整體是非常滿意的，除了實在有點靠近深山內，廁所的昆蟲訪客有點多。餐點可以再加強，但整體的服務是屬於六星級了!

很寧靜舒服的環境，早午晚三餐很精緻美味，但下午茶和宵夜則仍可改善。 Villa很舒服，户外溫泉池很棒。 特別感谢接駁車的司機，額外繞道把我們送抵高雄的酒店。
