Nice stay but sound proof not really good.
Room clean, environment comfortable. Only one problem is Karaoke allow other guests to sing until 12.30am, until we complaint only stop them. Management should stop them by 11pm.

the villa is nice and beautiful. the rooms are spacious. facilities are ok. except the swimming pool is dirty. hopefully can frequently clean up the pool.

I really didn't understand why they won't allow us to park in the villa when there's no one parking. When we asked, they say that we are to park outside the villa because everyone wants to park inside. But of course and it should be first come first basis! Why would anyone leave the entire place empty whilst we had to park outside. Such silly action. Once it's occupied inside, then guests got to park outside! What's the problem?

Air con was dripping water during our first night stay. Only 4 bottles of drinking water provided daily, no coffee/tea sachets or kettle in room. We have gotten the instant coffee from shared kitchen, taste was awful. No sofa or tv in room, only two chairs and table which is not enough for a family.Sofa or tv available at common living room is shared by few rooms at same floor. Our room did not seem to be sound proof , so the noise fr Karaoke room downstairs can be heard at night. Given the premium price we paid compared to other homestay/hotels in Muar, the service and facilities provided are definitely not value for money.

i love the villa and the room... the only thing that i dont like is the toilet glass door is so heavy and it is hard to pull or push
