「We stayed here while working night shift and were disappointed with how things were handled. The room we booked had one queen and two single beds (clearly suited for four people), but the booking was listed for three. When the owner saw there were four of us, we were told to pay an extra $20 per night. The issue itself could have been understandable, but the way it was communicated came across as quite rude and unprofessional. It made the stay more stressful than it needed to be.」
