「非常好的住宿體驗，在進到房間之後發現沒有浴缸後，我提出希望住在有浴缸的房型，服務人員很快速的幫我處理，並帶我們看了兩個房間來做選擇，最後我選了一間帶浴缸且有小陽台的房間，房間寬敞能輕鬆把行李箱打開，早上還可以打開陽台享受里斯本早晨的空氣與街景。 每天晚上五點前清潔人員會把房間收拾乾淨 ，床柔軟舒適我住在這裡的四個晚上躺到床上都一下子就睡着了，住宿早餐提供的卡布奇諾很好喝，第二天吃到蛋塔讓我印象深刻，服務人員熱情又有禮貌，若有機會再來訪，我一樣會選擇這間飯店！」

「This is a lovely 2 bedroom/2bath apartment located in a quant square above a nice cafe/restaurant. It was ideal for our group. There is a small convenience store located in the square and a great little cafes just off the side street. Communication with the host was very efficient and easy and the apartment is really clean with comfortable temper pedic style beds. Nuestro apartamento estaba decorado con gusto, tenía todo lo necesario y contaba con 2 baños, cuando viajas con familia se agradece. 「Great location in old town which is shabby-chic area. Yes, there are a lot of outdoor stairs to the suites but it’s a great way to keep up with your exercise! Lisbon itself is full of hills so be aware of this before going :) The staff at Castello are super nice & helpful. We loved our suite - very clean, bed was comfortable, so nice to be able to eat in when you want in the comfort of your pjs ;) Breakfast was included and was plentiful. We felt safe in the neighborhood and things you may see...

「Arriving without receiving any infos just to find out the front door is locked. The signage of the guesthouse has no contact information. None of the door bells work, tried contacting the phone number shown on the listing but no responses. After a standing on a busy but sketchy street for almost an hour till it gets dark, I have to find a place at a near by hotel… terrible experience. Strongly suggest to get in contact with someone from the guesthouse at least a day before arriving.」
