"Super hotel, great value, amazing art. I loved our room, spacious, everything worked, super large shower, comfortable beds, and a choice of wonderful restaurants, with some great food and wine. Close to the underground, (walkable), on occasion, some street noise (sirens), but on the whole very quiet, and easy to sleep. Recommend highly if you are in London."

"I’m had a double room, it was big, comfortable and clean. Staff were poor, the management of check-in wasn’t good. The property is difficult to navigate. The free boat to Canary Wharf is super convenient. All I’d say about the hotel is it is technically a hostel, if you go with that in mind you’ll be surprised if you expect a hotel, you’ll be disappointed"

"A fantastic stay, everything from check in to check out was perfect. I had a windowless room and the best sleep ever, I didn't want to leave!"

"What we say but Wow! Easy to find with street sign directions from Canary Wharf tube station, we’d called the number ahead to check which of their 2 buildings we needed to check in to, there was a short queue to wait our turn very busy with marathon the next day. but process very easy - we had an upgrade early check-in & late checkout thanks to Hotels.com VIP perks. We had a cozy studio with kitchenette, comfy double bed & en-suite walkin shower, bathroom, bath sheet sized towels & lovely scented cleansers etc. ALL looked brand new and impeccably clean. No food provided apart from tea & coffee but you buy limited supplies in lobby or the grocery store nearby. Espresso/coffee/tea/ hot chocolate/cold milk available from machine in the lounge our lounge was on top floor with rooftop terrace. Fabulous. We even watched part of the London marathon from that terrace. There’s also a gym but we didnt use it. We booked 2rooms as we were all attending a music event nearby. We are definitely planned a repeat stay!!! Loved it. "
