"Hot water did not work on the first night. Only got $150 in drinks coupons, which I used to bathe my child. All I wanted was to take a hot shower. Instead I took the coldest shower of my life. Asked for kettle to boil some hot water and was denied. Felt nickel and dimed the entire time I was there. They even charge to use the mini fridge to store your items. The walk from parking garage to the room was too much. I felt bad for anyone with limited mobility. Also, lazy river charged for floats. So cheap. Wave pool was okay. Stayed for an hour and left. I won’t be returning. "

"Room is clean but dated, no bath gel in shower, self check in/out if you know what to do. Parking situation is totally confusing. Overpriced food/drink. "

"Our room was not satisfactory. No trashcan. No bathroom cups. No microwave. No refrigerator. No coffee maker. No housekeeping. Was told they do not clean the rooms every day. You have to request it. So I requested it. But they still didn’t show up. Had to ask for my own towels. And had to ask them to empty the bathroom trashcan. Got attitude from the manager. Told the housekeeper herself but was still a no-show."
