「I will definitely recommend this hotel, it looks like they just opened up so it was very clean and it smelled brand new. The reception guy was so nice (I didn’t get his name) but we started chatting about New York (which is where we were coming from). The beds were comfortable and I just love how they have the room set up, it felt like home oh and I like how they had a stove in the double bed suites. I will definitely stay here again I love a clean hotel. 」

「Overall great stay. My only knock is that the only available parking is around back with ZERO lighting. Serious safety concern here. Also, i ventured out around midnight and returned shortly after to find I didn't need my key to gain access to the building. Oh and my sink stopper was stuck in the closed position. 」

「A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury.
