「We had a two bedroom apartment. It was filthy, covered in black mould, the shower was tided up with plastic bags and the door was broken causing water to flow on the floor. The heater was broken, dishes were dirty and there was even a used cotton bud under a bed. No smoke alarms, fridge door wouldn’t shut properly and spoiled our food. I have tried contacting the property and they aren’t responding. I spoke with them during our stay and they were not much help. Absolutely disgusted with this...

「Comfy hotel - good for biz travel」

「Gorgeous retro style rooms, very comfy bed, wonderful staff & close to Te Papa Museum and other attractions. Right in Oriental Bay where you can walk for miles around the waterfront of you want. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The room is too small, not very comfortable, the staff is good, and very convenient, opposite the supermarket, there are many places to eat around, it is easy to go to the city center, it is very convenient to go to the airport」

「It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!」

「Good buffet 」
